Landscape Team Member (Laborer)
Provide support for the Team Leader by performing the tasks assigned in a safe, professional, and proficient way.
Key Functions:
Focus on Safety
Perform assigned tasks including:
Mowing, lawn trimming, tree pruning, shrub pruning, debris clean up, irrigation repair.
Planting, trenching, material hauling material installation, clean up.
Equipment maintenance including daily clean up.
Abilities:
Work Safely
Landscape knowledge
Communication with Team Lead
Equipment experience (ability to be trained to use equipment)
Carry 50lbs regularly.
Stand, bend, squat, sit repeatedly throughout shift.
Benefits:
Hourly rate based upon experience level.
All Personnel Protective Equipment provided by employer.
Work shirts and hats provided by employer.
