Family owned , team oriented business seeking carpenters / Maintenance technician to cut, fabricate and install according to specifications. In addition perform various maintenance activities at apartment complexes and commercial facilities. Your job will entail working in diverse settings and being a keen problem solver. Working with little supervision while following all health and safety standards is essential .

• Proven experience as carpenter
• Hands-on experience in working with carpentry & maintenance .
• Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
