Position Summary:

The role of a Field agent is to retrieve records/documents in a deadline-driven environment through document collection from the client and deliver them to government offices, businesses, and other locations based on their instructions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establish a strong working relationship with clients
• Inform the Supervisor of any problems while in the field
• Deliver documents to our clients and other facilities as directed by dispatch
• Picking up packages from the clients and other facilities as directed by dispatch and delivering packages to the recipient
• Taking responsibility for high-value or confidential items
• Filling out paperwork about completed deliveries
• Working with dispatch to get to the right locations

Job Qualifications:

• High School graduate or GED equivalents
• Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record (3 points or less)
• Valid Auto Insurance – checked quarterly
• Must pass a background check
• Be willing to work overtime and over the weekends at times if needed

• San Francisco, CA
• Hours - 7:00am-4:00pm
