Judge Healthcare is looking for a Procurement Specialist to work REMOTE in California.

Location : Must reside in California.

Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM.

Assignment : Long term contract, 1 years

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing our procurement processes, ensuring compliance with legal terms, and optimizing contract language.

If you have a keen eye for detail, a solid understanding of contracting terms, and the ability to adapt to various templates, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Contract Expertise : Understand the key components of basic agreements and how legal terms impact business terms. Articulate high-level understanding of contract issues confidently to the legal team, considering both client contract requirements and supplier edits.
  • Template Mastery : Familiarize yourself with varied templates and understand how clauses relate to one another. This includes the statement of work, exhibits, schedules, and other contract components.
  • Adaptability : Make templatized language fit the specific services being procured, aligning with client expectations and review processes.
  • Clear and Concise Language : Write contract language that is both clear and concise, conforming to client preferences and our company culture.
  • Quality Assurance : Review statements of work and requirements provided by business partners. Identify missing information to enhance work product quality and reduce risk to clients.
  • Best Practices : Apply contracting best practices consistently to all work products.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant procurement experience.
  • Strong understanding of contracting terms beyond sourcing.
  • Extensive experience in the intake process
  • Experience with RFPs and Contract language
  • Experience with healthcare is nice to have (Nice to have but NOT required)
  • Bachelors degree (preferred, not required)
