**Overview:**

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly

- Assist in managing reservations and walk-in guests

- Provide guests with menus and inform them of specials

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Answer phone calls and take reservations with professionalism

- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, or customer service preferred

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members

- Familiarity with restaurant or hotel operations is a plus

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in using POS systems for order entry and processing and using Reserve for online reservations
