Exciting 1st shift Supervisor role with Fortune 100 company!
Responsibilities:
- Establish safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Manage parts/inventory.
- Set and uphold high standards for maintenance best-practices.
- Support 5s principles to improve workflow.
- Implement maintenance methodologies.
- Design and implement training protocols for the maintenance team.
- Establish relationships with vendors and contractors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar is preferred.
- 4 years in maintenance, 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of Predictive/Preventative maintenance systems.
- Experience with automation, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs.
- Proven ability to lead a team in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
- US citizen or green card holder.
