Summary

As part of a company-wide business transformation, the Business Analyst will be a key member of the Transformation Office working across the organization to identify, manage and execute business process improvements that drive revenue and profitability improvements.

Essential Functions

• Work across various teams within the company to identify opportunities in existing processes and propose data-driven solutions for improvement.
• Identify and communicate with key stakeholders.
• Gather, review and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools
• Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling.
• Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements.
• Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders.
• Perform data discovery, analysis and modeling.
• Collaborate with product managers on roadmap planning and product lifecycle management.
• Assist in project management for selected projects.
• Participate in the development and execution of plans to support sales and product management initiatives and objectives.
• Research market trends, characteristics, and competitive situations to determine the company’s current position.
• Report monthly achievement of planned objectives for sales, profitability and effectiveness of programs.

 Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in business, marketing, accounting, analytics, finance or other relevant field
• Two or more years of experience in a Business Analyst or relevant role
• Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions.
• Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems.
• Adaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols.
• Familiarity with industry technology systems to gather data and problem solve.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with or willingness to learn PowerBI
