Job Summary
A receptionist for a front office job at a substance abuse clinic.
Tasks include:
Intakes for new patients
Checking Insurance
Scheduling
Cash and Credit Collection
Answering Phones
Other Receptionist duties
Handling inquiries from new patients
Assembling patient charts
Data Entry
Early work schedule starting at 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM
Must be able to work Saturday 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM
Qualifications and Skills
Must have experience in substance abuse/counseling or a medical setting for at least 3 years.
Must have computer skills and data entry skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- medical office: 3 years (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Oak Park, MI: Relocate before starting work (Required)
