About Us: Keder Solutions is a dynamic and innovative company committed to providing exceptional services and solutions to our clients. We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team and support our end users with their technology needs.

Job Description: As an IT Support Specialist focused on end user technologies, you will be the go-to person for resolving technical issues and providing exceptional support to our staff. Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software problems, ensuring optimal performance of user devices, and delivering a high level of customer service. In addition, you will be expected to drive a migration to MS365 and eventually manage this platform across 4 independent business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support to end users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Assist with the setup and deployment of new hardware and software.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives to enhance end user technology experience.
  • Administer and manage enterprise deployment of MS365 across 4 independent businesses.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, productivity software, and enterprise applications.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with company policies (onboarding/off-boarding).
  • Maintain accurate records of issues/resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and improve IT policies and procedures.
  • Educate end users on best practices and provide training as needed.
  • Assist with delivery of business reporting and implement configuration changes for multiple business functions through NetSuite ERP.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in a technical support role, with a strong focus on end user technologies.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365.
  • Proficiency with Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as common productivity software (Microsoft Office).
  • Familiarity with network troubleshooting and basic network administration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud ERP solutions (specifically NetSuite) is a plus.
