Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Supervisor to join our team. The Clinic Supervisor will oversee the medical management and operations of our facility, ensuring efficient utilization management and high-quality patient care.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise clinical staff, providing guidance and support in daily operations
- Implement utilization management strategies to optimize patient care and resources
- Oversee medical office management, including scheduling and patient records
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
- Handle fiscal management responsibilities to meet budgetary goals

Skills:
- Proficiency in medical management and utilization management practices
- Experience in medical office management and supervising healthcare workers
- Strong knowledge of EHR management and related healthcare software
- Ability to maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for supervising clinical staff
- Prior experience in medical office settings is a plus
- Sound fiscal management skills to meet financial objectives

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare setting, preferably in dermatology or urgent care

- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field is preferred

- Strong understanding of clinic operations, healthcare regulations, and patient care standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
