HCR Permanent Search is currently working with a top manufacturing company in Oxford who needs to hire a Plant Manager. To be considered, you will need of experience as a Plant Manager while being employed with an automotive manufacturing company that has stamping/welding processes. To attract the best talent, my client is offering a competitive pay rate ($120,000-$140,000/year), a good benefits program and a place where you can grow your career.
This role is 100% on site
Minimum Requirements
- Previous work experience as a Plant Manager while being employed with an automotive stamping/welding manufacturing site
- Working knowledge of IATF 16949
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides leadership and guidance to all members of the facility
- Ensure facility hits their budgets while manufacturing quality products and ensuring that the staff work in a safe environment
- Improve production standards using proven continuous improvement tools
- Ensure that the facility is following all laws and regulations
- Implement scoring metrics to improve operations
- Prepares the annual budget
