Who you are: Join our dynamic and growing Creative Studio team in Overland Park, Kansas. As the Marketing Art Director, you'll take the lead on shaping the QTS brand across all visual mediums, including design, copy, photography, and video. What you will do: Build a Creative Powerhouse: Lead and develop a high-performing, creative team that consistently generates innovative solutions to propel QTS's business forward. Champion the QTS Brand: Ensure brand consistency and elevate the QTS image by championing clear brand guidelines. Become a Design Hero: Be a direct contributor, offering strategic graphic design support to your team and helping them excel. Mastermind Creative Workflow: Oversee creative workflow and project management, ensuring projects hit deadlines and exceed expectations. Partner with Leadership: Provide strategic design support directly to the CEO and executive team, shaping the visual narrative of QTS. Empower Your Team: Share your expertise in creative brand management and develop your in-house creative team into a powerhouse.
