Job Responsibilities:
- Collect payments from customers
- Resolve customers’ issues and complaints
- Monitor Accounts Receivables daily
- Work closely with the sales team on delinquent accounts
- Check customer credit reports (CreditSafe & ProfitGuard)
- Prepare and submit AR payment details for accurate cash application
- Assist during annual bank audits
- Backup for cash application, ACH payments
Requirements:
- at least 3 years of collections experience
