TJR Mechanical Heating & Cooling is Hiring a Lead Installer Near Nutley, NJ
Are you tired of the typical 5-day workweek grind? TJR Mechanical Heating & Cooling offers a refreshing change! We're currently seeking full-time HVAC Lead Installers and Service Technicians to join our team. Enjoy a 3-day weekend with our unique schedule: work just four 10-hour days (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday) and enjoy three consecutive days off.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC installation or service roles
- Installers: Proficiency in start-to-finish residential and commercial HVAC projects, including ductwork sizing
- Service Technicians: Expertise in troubleshooting residential and commercial HVAC equipment
