Position Details

• Salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 depending on experience.

• Objectives and Responsibilities
• Independently design and perform complex experiments within an assigned project and review progress, evaluate results, and develop conclusions.
• Contribute to determining feasibility of goals and objectives.
• Assure quality, cost effectiveness, and timeliness of assigned projects.
• Participate in formulating research methods and suggest options for improving quality andrecommending solutions.
• Identify problems and related technical issues and make recommendations leading to long-termsolutions.
• Analyze experimental results and interpret and implement research methodology based onoutcome of analyses.
• Manage specialized research laboratory functions.
• Ensure that all processes and procedures are conducted in a compliant, ethical, safe, andcomprehensive manner.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding EValuate Diagnostics’ operations, intellectual property, and data.
• Attend and participate in conferences and seminars as deemed necessary.
• Other duties may be assigned as required.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of master’s degree required, Ph.D. is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in diagnostics.
• Strong experience in molecular biology.

• Prior work experience in extracellular vesicle biology is desirable.
• Strong skills in nucleic acid and protein-based methods such as DNA/RNA and protein isolation and characterization, ELISA and antibody-based methods, FACS, qPCR, qRT-PCR, and NGS.
• Strong organizational and management skills to handle multitasking.
• Meticulous record keeping to ensure data integrity.
• Strong communication and data presentation skills.
• Must be able to work independently and have a strong work ethic, but being a team player is also required.
• Experience working with animals, including mice and rats.
• Required computer skills (Word, Excel, Adobe, and PowerPoint).
