Job Summary
We are seeking an Embedded Software Developer to design, develop, and implement Complex Device Drivers. The ideal candidate will have a background in software engineering and an understanding of embedded development. As an Embedded Software Developer, you will be responsible for developing software specifications, designing software architecture, coding, testing, and debugging software for the battery management system group.
Responsibilities
- Develop embedded software solutions for the battery management system.
- Design and development of software specifications.
- Develop and maintain software code in C for embedded systems.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure software meets customer requirements and quality standards.
- Develop test plans and perform testing and debugging to ensure the software is functioning correctly.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in embedded software development
- Proficiency in C programming languages and experience with embedded systems
- Experience with software architecture design and development
- Experience with software testing and debugging.
- Familiarity with software development tools and methodologies
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Work Schedule
- Full-time 40 hours and generally scheduled Monday through Friday 8am-5pm EST On site (12 Miles, Novi).
