We're looking for a Product Manager who is ready to lead the way in our Quote to Cash Billing Program Invoicing Application journey. This program is not just an integrated Pricing, Quoting, Contracting, and Invoicing platform, but a platform that drives standardization while enabling flexibility, scalability, and responsiveness to our growth and changing customers’ needs. This is your chance to get in on the ground floor, to broker with Stakeholders to deliver the net new Invoicing Application and provide incredible value across our lines of service and regions by building the following functionality sets: Invoice Creation & Presentment, Invoice Disputes, Dunning and Collections, Revenue Recognition, Invoice Self-Service for Customers.

We are seeking an individual who enjoys breaking down complex problems into small, actionable solutions and partnering cross-functionally (with Executives and other important stakeholders) to deliver results. At Lineage, our product management team is not just a team but also a crucial part of our operations. We're responsible for providing the vision, execution, and analysis necessary to build the technology that drives our future.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • and implement product roadmap for transformative software products and associated services
  • manage Product Owners and Business Analyst resources with related to the Product Scope.
  • and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to understand the current state, and associated business needs to shape requirements, features, and end products
  • define and communicate priorities across all stakeholders, business, and technical regularly
  • and/or review product business requirements to ensure software products deliver the associated business benefits
  • creative recommendations and confidently make decisions to identify product base and vision
  • product delivery, support, education, and training standard operating procedures
  • and execute methods to track product use and impact on end users
  • with multiple, geographically diverse agile development teams to execute the roadmap and strategic vision

Required Qualifications:

  • (BA or BS) in business, computer science, or related field.
  • years of prior product management/product owner experience
  • years of business experience in the order cash business processes with either 4 years of direct experience in the Accounts Receivables business function and/or Accounts Receivable Business Applications
  • be customer-centric and have the interpersonal skills necessary to manage business and technology relationships; focus on business problems and driving solutions
  • verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization and deliver results to a non-technical audience
  • to think strategically with supporting analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with ambiguity
  • organizational skills and ability to function in a fast-paced, highly visible, and changing environment
  • with data and analytics product development and/or software development
  • with user experience design
  • with Agile methodologies, technical understanding of products and up to date on industry standards and best practices
  • to travel up to 30% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or BA in business is preferred.
  • with leading Enterprise level KPI initiatives
  • management experience
  • experience working in a product organization
  • of leading and supporting successful projects
  • with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence), process diagram tools, and/or warehouse management system applications is a plus
  • with data (collection, consumption, and analysis), software development and technology
  • or supply chain experience

Salary Range: $112,500 - $150,000
