Grotto Network, an award-winning online media publication and community dedicated to uplifting the lives and faith of young adults, is looking for a dedicated, organized, and enthusiastic Project Manager. As Project Manager at Grotto, you will be charged with the management and coordination of multiple multimedia and digital projects. In a given week, you'll be crafting a content calendar for our several social media platforms, helping coordinate a documentary film shoot's logistics in a foreign country, aiding a community gathering in Chicago, and ensuring communication across a team of highly skilled creatives and strategists. It's a full and exciting job, perfect for someone who enjoys keeping order, detailing spreadsheets, and bringing creative ideas to life. In addition to project management of Grotto's content production and development, this position oversees operational and administrative functions of the Grotto team including but not limited to managing subscription based platforms, overseeing trademark tracking and communications, scheduling meeting spaces and schedules for Grotto team. This position will also provide general administrative support for the Grotto Network team, which may include securing logistical arrangements for Grotto productions, trainings, events and other administrative functions as necessary.
Ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience with project management or program management. Must be highly organized, adept with Google Workspace tools, and familiar with project management tracking systems. Familiarity with social media platforms and media trends is a plus. Must have a familiarity with Catholic teaching and tradition and eagerness to serve Grotto's mission of uplifting the faith lives of young adults.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in communications, business, IT or other fields. Experience with project management, financial management, writing and communicating effectively. Must be organized with high degree of follow through, collaborative and understand the Catholic faith.
