What You’ll Do:

As a Project Manager at Realm, you'll be the driving force behind our innovative projects, ensuring they exceed client expectations while being delivered on time and within budget. Your role will involve:

  • Collaborating closely with architects, builders, and clients, forming lasting professional relationships.
  • Expertly managing project timelines and budgets, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Leading our field installation crews with your exceptional communication and management skills.
  • Documenting and managing project changes with precision and clarity.

Who You Are:

We're looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects concurrently.

  • A strong track record of working with architects, builders, and homeowners.
  • Skills in managing, documenting, and adapting to project changes.
  • A commitment to completing projects efficiently and within budget.
  • Familiarity with construction documents and blueprints, particularly in residential and commercial settings.
  • Basic understanding of A/V equipment and installation processes.
  • A professional demeanor and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in managing projects with significant financial and time investments.
