Ledgent is hiring an experienced Senior Staff Accountant to contribute to the success of our client's growing accounting department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial reporting, and a proven track record of delivering accurate and timely results.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare & analyze financial statements
- Oversee general ledger accounting
- Take ownership of both month-end & year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with department heads to develop & manage budgets
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- Masters degree or CPA is a plus
- 5-7 years of progressive experience
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP
