Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the online sales and presence of our company. This is a key role that involves managing the digital marketing strategies, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Duties:

- Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy to drive online sales growth

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform

- Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and performance metrics

- Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales

- Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging content and campaigns

- Utilize marketing automation tools for targeted campaigns

- Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings

- Oversee email marketing campaigns and customer segmentation

- Coordinate with web developers on site enhancements and user experience improvements

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

- Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or similar role

- Proficiency in CSS, content management systems, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite

- Strong understanding of e-commerce tools and platforms

- Knowledge of content creation, copywriting, and email marketing best practices

- Familiarity with SEO techniques and strategies

Nice-to-have Skills:

- Experience with marketing automation tools

- Ability to create engaging visual content

- Understanding of digital advertising platforms
