Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities:
- Act as customer support focal
- Review and determine disposition of nonconforming inventory
- Assist in resolving internal and external quality problems utilizing proven methods
- Complete and maintain all first article inspection and product audits for assigned programs
- Author, review and update manufacturing and/or inspection instructions
- Contribute to team overall development thru overall experience and knowledge.
- Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
- Develop strong internal, supplier and customer relationships. Serves as the interface between customer and GE.
- Ensure compliance to customer requirements (drawings, standards, purchase orders, etc.)
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a quality role)
- Ability to analyze and interpret statistical data

- Leadership ability: strong communicator, decision-maker, collaborative

- Strong knowledge of relevant software (Mini Tab, Microsoft Office), quality assurance methods, 6 Sigma, Lean manufacturing and quality manufacturing processes.
