• Must be available to work on weekends
• Minimum of one year in Customer Service/Sales experience
• Excellent credit history is required
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills
• Computer literate (Excel, Outlook, Word, Craigslist ads & Yardi is a plus)
• Must demonstrate a professional appearance and a great attitude
• Demonstrate good leadership skills
• Experience in serving notices, eviction process, rent collection (preferred but not required)
• Participate in training in order to comply with new or existing laws
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws (preferred but not required)
• Must have reliable means of transportation
• Must have a sense of humor

• Take part in outreach marketing activities on a regular basis to obtain prospect residents
• Advertise vacancies through promoting materials and conduct market surveys as requested
• Present and lease apartment units to prospective lessors
• Receive all telephone calls and in-person visits
• Listen to resident requests, concerns, comments and report to appropriate departments
• Cover for management staff absences and overall property management assistance
• Develop and maintain high level of customer service relationships with prospects and residents
• Report all unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents
• Assist managers in collecting rent, balance dues and outstanding paperwork
• Accurately prepare and be thoroughly knowledgeable with all lease-related paperwork
• Ensure the community is pleasing to all 5 senses and impeccably clean
• Monitor outstanding work orders and constantly communicate with maintenance staff
• Stay fully informed of current rental rates, floorplans, locations and all amenities of the property

• Pay : $19.00 - $21.00 hourly
