Aston Carter is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Near Northfield, NJ

Our client is looking to add a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to their team in Egg Harbor Twp.

The TA Coordinator will be responsible for:

Handling administrative tasks such as: Posting jobs, Preparing job offer letters, Organize candidates data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases.

Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and conduct first day orientation.

Will have exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations.

Skills & Qualifications:

2 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or related field preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Software

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
