- Places purchase orders for materials and operating supplies on a timely basis
- Expedites shipments and ensures materials are received by due date
- Analysis of material planning reports
- Assesses and resolves problems between suppliers and company personnel
- Proactively follow-up on orders to assure uninterrupted flow of materials
- Forecast material requirements to satisfy customer demands
