Essential Functions
- Prepare quality products while maintaining proper food safety practices, portion control and presentation within service goal times.
- Committed to teamwork demonstrating integrity and honesty while interacting with guests, team members and managers
- Display a can-do attitude that makes the difference between a great shift and an okay shift
- Follow company safety standards at all times and looks out for the safety of other team members and guests
- Report to each shift in a neat, clean and unwrinkled uniform while maintaining a neat, well groomed appearance including personal hygiene, hair restraint and jewelry restrictions
- Report to each shift on time
- Reliable and dependable
- Follow established restaurant practices and procedures
- Perform primary and secondary position responsibilities timely and accurately
- Perform any other miscellaneous job duties as assigned
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of units of measurement
- Knife Skills
- Ability to read and follow recipes
- Grill cookery experience
- Able to work in an open kitchen
- Ability to communicate in a calm and respectful manner in high volume open kitchen environment
- Stands for long periods of time, up to 8 hours or more hours without sitting
- Walks fast paced during shifts. Bends, reaches and stoops
