We are hiring Machine Operators responsible for operating and maintaining corrugating machinery used in the manufacturing of corrugated paperboard for a 3rd shift position located in Northborough, MA. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate corrugated machinery safely and efficiently to meet production targets.
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor the production process and make adjustments to machinery as needed to produce high-quality products.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality regulations during production.
• Record production data and report any discrepancies or issues to the shift supervisor.
• Assist in the setup of machinery for different types of products.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to optimize production processes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Physically capable of handling heavy equipment and standing for extended periods.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods during the shift.
• Must be able to work in a noisy, industrial environment.
