Wilkes Public Health Dental Clinic is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near North Wilkesboro, NC

Responsibilities:

  • Check in patients and collect co-pays.
  • File Dental Insurance and Medicaid.
  • Verify eligibility.
  • Accounts receivable.
  • Assist front office with phone calls, check-out, end of day reports and deposits.

Experience:
-Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and data
- Provide support in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information
- Previous dental experience preferred
- Proficient in Dentrix is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
