Job Title: Designer III

Job Description

We are seeking a Designer 3 to support major Distribution projects across North Carolina. The role will be focusing on zone work. The selected candidate will be going out to new residential and commercial clients who need either new power or new modifications to current/existing power (such as new homes, new offices, or retailers). The selected candidate with go travel within the region and go talk to the customer, take design needs, take back into the office and design it using BOUD. They will determine costs and materials and develop an estimate for that project through their design efforts. They will send that information via Maximo to the construction team. They will see through that construction to make any modifications needed.

This is located in North Wilkesboro, NC

Work Environment

The position is required to travel in their territory, traveling to customer sites, driving own vehicle but reimbursed for gas.
