We are seeking a highly motivated and Wrestling Coach to join our team. As a Wrestling Coach, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, coaching players during practices and games, and fostering a positive and supportive team environment. If you have a passion for wrestling and enjoy working with athletes of all skill levels, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for wrestling players
- Plan and conduct engaging and effective practices to improve players' skills and performance
- Provide individualized coaching and feedback to players during practices and games
- Collaborate with other coaches to develop game strategies and tactics
- Organize and manage team schedules, including practices, games, and tournaments
- Foster a positive and supportive team environment that promotes sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff regarding team updates, schedules, and expectations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Wrestling Coach or playing experience at a competitive level
- Knowledge of wrestling rules, techniques, and strategies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively instruct and motivate players
- Ability to work well with athletes of all skill levels and ages
- Strong organizational skills to manage team schedules and logistics

- First Aide / Pupil Activity Permit

- Fundamentals of Coaching

- Concussion Course Certificate

- Lindsay's Law Certificate
