An opportunity has become available for a Surgery Center Administrator to join a highly respected Surgery Center located in Clark County, Nevada. This facility contains 5 OR's and 1 Treatment room while ranging from 700-900 cases per month. This is a highly fast moving outpatient center.

The Surgery Center Administrator plays a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of a surgical center. This position is responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the surgical center, ensuring delivery of high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and financial stability. This role involves overseeing administrative and clinical staff, managing budgets, implementing policies and procedures, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.

There are a few requirements for this position that the hiring manager will be looking for in order to be considered. These may include:

1. Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare administration, preferably in a surgical or ambulatory care setting.
