- Provide a comprehensive evaluation to patients
- Assess patients function status
- Develop patient treatment plans with goal of patient self-sufficiency
- Monitor patient progress
- Provide education to patients and their families
- DPT degree in Physical Therapy from a US accredited program
- Maintain current Basic Life Support Certification with AED.
- Maintain current physical therapy licensure for State of Connecticut
