The firm seeking Attorneys for hire with experience in Personal Injury law from filing of suit to trial. Candidate should want to be in Court every day, take depositions, litigate disputed cases, eager to learn trial preparation and motivated to take cases to trial. The position allows the attorney to work collaboratively with other attorneys in the office and pays salary, benefits, bonus structure/incentives, and very competitive fee splitting for originated business.

• Candidate should be highly motivated and eager to handle multiple Plaintiff Personal Injury cases in both state and federal court from suit to trial.

• Candidate should have a strong desire to litigate.

• Experience in personal injury preferred but not required.

• Must be currently licensed to practice in Illinois.

Benefits:

• This is primarily an in-office position in downtown Chicago offices; however, work from home is offered 1-2 days a week after productivity evaluation.
