Description:
Provide operational support for the Strategy & Continuous Improvement Organization. Duties will include: tracking department finances and generating reports, research and follow through, schedule coordination and follow-up with SCI LT. Must have 5 years experience with Microsoft Excel with an ability to create formulas, pivot tables, etc to track and summarize data. Minimum supervision required. This role is a hybrid role. Typically work onsite Tues, Wed and Thur and then remote on Monday and Friday however week to week there could be changes based on team meetings. Hours are flexible but typically 8:30 - 5:00. The top 5 skills/requirements this person is required have include good communication skills, ability to manage details in excel, ability to summarize data in PowerPoint, excellent attention to detail and high quality work. This role will report to the Associate Director Strategy Operations but will also support other functions within SCI.
