**Overview:** We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to join our team. As a Science Teacher, you will inspire and educate students in various science disciplines, fostering a love for learning and scientific exploration. **Duties:** - Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in line with the curriculum - Teach students various science subjects such as Genetics, Cell Biology, and Geometry - Conduct hands-on experiments and activities to enhance learning - Mentor and guide students in their scientific inquiries - Utilize effective communication skills to explain complex scientific concepts - Administer and grade assignments, tests, and projects - Prepare students for standardized testing - Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth **Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field; Master’s degree preferred - Teaching certification/license in Science or related field - Proficiency in dissecting specimens and conducting experiments - Strong knowledge of Genetics, Cell Biology, and Geometry - Ability to effectively educate and engage students of diverse backgrounds and learning styles - Excellent proofreading skills for reviewing scientific reports and research papers - Experience with calculating scientific data and interpreting results from experiments - Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and preparation techniques Joining our team as a Science Teacher offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' lives while fostering a passion for science education.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $25.00 per hour
