Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and project coordination.

Locally owned and owner operated (non- union) commercial construction company. We work with integrity and maintain relationships that last a lifetime. We specialize in membrane roofing, architectural metals, column covers, and various other metal products. Our main office is located in North Canton, OH however jobsites can range in various states throughout the country including but not limited to: PA, MI, IN, IL, FL, TN, GA, TX, AZ, NV, KY, VA, SC, NC, CO.

We specialize in Commercial construction of various roofing systems to include products by Elevate, Carlisle, Fibertite, GAF and many others. The wall panels system include Aluminum Composite Panels (fabricated in house), Dimensional Metals, Centria, Dri-Design, ATAS, Berridge and many others. The applicant should have experience managing similar projects.

Responsibilities:

Applicant MUST have experience in the following : Understanding specs/prints including job specific details, executing a safety plan with safety director, coordinating with GC/Superintendent, manpower coordination with other PMs, Assistants and foreman., subcontractor coordination, and overall performance/ workmanship, coordinating equipment use or rentals within budget, (recommendations if/when detail doesn't make sense). Change Orders / Purchase Orders - compile field info in timely manner, coordinate purchase orders effectively. Assist the Quality Control/ Safety team in enforcing project safety. Maintain project reports- daily logs/tool box talks with the assistance of the Quality Control Team. Typical travel is estimated at 2-3 days at a time and 2 times a month based on job locations and current work loads.

This job position salary is based on similar job experience in the specified field of work. Management of other kinds will not guarantee matching salary as we are looking for EXPERIENCE in Membrane Roofing Systems AND/ OR Architectural Metal Panels.

- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Develop project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and adherence to safety standards - Can be expected to be in the North Canton Office 80% of the time & in the field on jobsites 80%.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders, including clients and senior management
