National Hanger Company is Hiring a Customer Support Representative Near North Bennington, VT

  • Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone.
  • Facilitate a balance between company policy and customer experience regarding decision making.
  • Manage issues in the best interest of both customer and company.
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer experience.
  • Enter appropriate data utilizing AS400 software.
  • Generate sales orders and work closely with Manufacturing to develop realistic schedules for meeting these orders.
  • Work closely with Sales and Manufacturing groups to achieve 100% Customer Satisfaction.
  • Other duties as required or assigned by Supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
