Consignment Bridal & Prom is Greater Boston's premier Bridal & Prom dress shop located in North Andover, MA. We offer a wide selection of formalwear at huge savings, including Bridal Gowns, Prom Dresses, Special Occasion Dresses, Bridesmaids Dresses, and Mother of the Bride/Groom formalwear. Our goal is to help our customers find their perfect dress for any event.
Role Description
This is a part-time role for a Retail Sales Specialist at our North Andover location. As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the perfect dress for their special occasion. Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting customers in the fitting room, providing product knowledge and recommendations, processing sales transactions, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Retail Sales and Product Knowledge
- Experience in the fashion or retail industry a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Availability to work evenings until 6:00pm, 2 Saturdays per month
- Experience in bridal or formalwear is a plus
