Responsibilities :
$1000 sign on Bonus- No nights No weekends
Full time weekday position acting as Case Manager for assigned adults having IDD in a licensed day program under the 2390 regulations.
Responsibilities include :
Develop and implement programs that address the emotional, vocational, social, and / or academic need of individuals assigned in relation to licensing guidelines and philosophy of Community Integrated Supports.
Represents Agency and Center in community or in integration activities. Provides transportation, as needed, to individuals for participation in community integration activities.
Compiles, stores, and retrieves program and / or production documentation.
