Job Description:

The Area General Manager oversees operations across multiple clinics in Oklahoma. Responsibilities include driving growth through team training and development of front line employees. This is a full-time, in-office position based in one of the office locations.

Compensation and Benefits:

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to deliver excellent customer experiences
• Achieve Sales and retention targets through coaching/development and accountability of team members performance goals
• Recruit and select talent for the area
• Facilitate new hire training and ongoing development
• Manage employee schedules and conduct quality assurance audits
• Oversee payroll, timesheets, hiring, and performance reviews

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Experience in a sales or service-focused company/franchise
• Proven ability to lead and motivate employees
• Ability to manage multiple teams in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence in managing licensed healthcare professionals

Working Conditions:

• 5-day work week in clinic office locations
• Approximately 45 hours per week
• Ability to travel to different office locations weekly in Oklahoma
