Key Responsibilities
- Meeting with clients to discuss and evaluate their legal rights and options
- Advising clients on their legal rights and obligations, litigating family law matters in court, and assisting in the negotiation of settlements
- Preparing legal documents, motions, and other filings as needed
- Conducting legal research and analysis related to family law matters
- Interacting with opposing counsel and other legal professionals to communicate legal matters
- Serving as an advocate for clients in family law disputes
- Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- 3 years of Family Law Experience
- Active member of the bar association in good standing
- Competitive Compensation ($130k - $250k DOE)
- Full-time position
- Excellent benefits package, including medical/dental/ vision

- Mandated paid time away from the office (you must take at least 3 weeks vacation)
- Flexibility as to including remote work (after proving your ability to work as part of the bigger team)
