Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Facilities Manager to join our team in Norfolk, VA.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- May lead and direct the work of others.
- Performs operational facilities management duties to ensure the proper security, health safety, and fire safety task are completed in accordance with government policies and regulations.
- Duties include providing access control and tracking, personnel training documentation, security system monitoring, ensure facility maintenance issues are addressed, conduct inspections, coordinate ad-hoc building preparation activities, provide for the secure storage of information, and aid in the relocation of facility hardware.
- 5 years of position-specific relevant experience.
- High School Diploma
- Current Secret clearance
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
