Our client is looking for a Marine Staffing Sales and Relationship Specialist to lead the formation of their new office in Norfolk, Va. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in the marine staffing industry, as well as the skills and experience necessary to build a new office from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to grow their Staffing presence in Norfolk yards.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers at marine companies
- Identify and qualify new sales leads
- Generate and close new business
- Manage a team of account managers
- 5 years of experience in marine staffing sales
- Strong track records of success in generating and closing new business
