Job Description:
The Intersect Group is hiring for Benefits Specialist to support our client located in Norcross , GA . This is a contract position and is a hybrid schedule .
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for employee benefits program including vacation, holidays, sick leave, medical/dental coverage
- Processes I-9s needed for new hires
- Excellent customer service
- Responsible for the development and implementation of Annual Open Enrollment
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in Benefits Administration
- Bachelor's degree
- Expert knowledge of federal and state regulations regarding ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, ACA and workers’ compensation.
- Canadian benefits would be a plus
