Our busy practice located in beautiful Nokomis, Florida is a brand new state-of-the-art veterinary hospital with a caring and trained team. We focus on the special relationship between the pets and their owners.

Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will serve as a focal point for communicating with and educating our pet owners regarding healthcare-related issues (by phone and in person). You will provide recommendations to pet owners regarding the optimal care of their pets.

You will assist our veterinarians in diagnosing and treating pets, monitoring anesthesia, performing lab work, performing oral health procedures and surgeries, and monitoring critically ill pets.

Advanced skills are required for this full-time position, including surgical assistance, radiology, dentals, lab tests, blood collection, IV catheter placement and more.
