Job Overview:

Duties:
- Assist individuals with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with medication management and administration
- Help individuals develop and maintain life skills
- Implement individualized care plans and follow specific protocols
- Advocate for resident rights and ensure their well-being
- Promote socialization and community integration
- Provide transportation to appointments, outings, and activities
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in senior care, working with people with autism, or related fields is preferred
- Knowledge of ADLs and experience in childcare or patient care is beneficial
- Familiarity with resident rights and social work principles is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
