CyberCoders is Hiring a Superintendent - Commercial Construction Near Niles, MI
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise all elements of the construction process including materials, subcontractors, and personnel
- Ensure that all projects are completed in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with OSHA 30 regulations
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Manage materials, equipment, and personnel to ensure that quality standards are met
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations
- Prepare reports and provide progress updates to the Project Manager
- At least 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in ground up commercial construction
- Experience in managing subcontractors and personnel
- Familiarity with all applicable building codes and regulations
- Extensive knowledge of OSHA 30 and safety procedures
- CPR & First Aid Certification
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
