We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to provide day to day leadership and direction by maximizing financial returns, driving development of people, creating and maintaining a unique guest experience, executing on brand standards, and building awareness of hotel and brand in the local community.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operations from a micro and macro perspective
• Overall management and strategic direction of the hotel
• Set high standards and take ownership of guest and team member needs
• Lead, support, and achieve set financial and operation targets
• Ensures operational consistency across all levels on a daily basis by enacting effective processes
• Set clear expectations through policy implementation and follow throughs
• Oversee and actively participate in the recruitment process of leadership positions and department heads

Skills

• Time management skills and ability to muti-task and prioritize work
• Proven work experience as hotel operations manager or similar role
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations of a hotel
• Experience budgeting and forecasting
• Familiarity with business and financial principles
• Excellent communication skills
