Summary of the Role
The function of the Inside Sales is to drive growth through ongoing development of identified existing and prospective Rawson ICD customers to ensure that we are able to meet our growth targets.
Introduces, advises on and sells products and applications to new and existing customers, with use of specialized knowledge and expertise of Technical Sales Support (Product Specialist), in the assigned area against profitable margins and in line with the business plan, in order to increase sales and build long-term relationships with customers. This position reports to the District Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
· Must maintain 100% commitment to safety policies and procedures.
· Makes outbound calls to potential and existing customers for new sales growth opportunities
· Builds and maintains strong internal and external relationships
· Provides technical/service support to external customers
· Focus on accounts and orders not requiring/large enough to warrant outside sales
· Seeking sales – outbound calls and emails to new/existing customers, to identify orders, opportunities re-order and re-stocking opportunities; growing house accounts
· Resellers and Integrators would go to Quote team, CSSR or purchasing depending on the need (not to be used for repeated orders).
· Minimum of 300k GP $$ (1.2 – 1.5 Sales)
· 250 accounts
· Follow up on leads created by Marketing
· Call, quote, through processing of order
· Expand social outreach/ marketing of technical applications to potential and existing customers
· Margin Enhancement for small accounts on buyouts

· Must be able to successfully utilize the company software
· Must be able to successfully adapt to innovation and change
Qualifications
· 5-7 years of experience in industrial sales minimum
· College degree preferred, will consider equivalents
