This assignment is a full-time position, 6A, 7AM, OR 8AM Start until .

• A Successful Candidate will:
• Have a willingness to work on the Line and Prep as needed
• Demonstrate Exemplary Customer Service
• Be responsible for the day-to-day management of the kitchen working with staff and Food Manager
• Be responsible for compliance with Food Hygiene and Safety Standards
• Be responsible for stock management and ordering in line with budgets and targets
• Work with the Food Manager on future menu items and products ensuring costing meets expected budgeting
• Ensure the standard is upheld and to the expected quality
• Support and develop other kitchen staff as required
• OT available
